To complete our major tree maintenance program of the season, we had to have the stumps ground so that the material can be removed, dirt filled in place and the areas sodded. Our contractor came in last week and ground the stumps in less than 3 hours. The staff have been working over the last week to remove most of the chipped material and place the soil/chip mix back into the old hole. We then topped them off with top soil and will sod them over in the next couple of weeks. We brought in 12 yards of soil which could not complete the job and will need to bring in another load next week.
