Sycamores shedding bark

The 5th tee and area was littered with Sycamore bark that has been shedding over the last couple of days and was accelerated during the rainstorm last night.   A nice .52" of rain by the way.

The first paragraph in the link below explains why these trees are not able to hold onto their bark like other trees.
